Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a period of days determined by your bank.

SALE ITEMS

Only full-price items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us through our contact page.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
